Adults with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Adolescents and young adults ages 15 to 21 with Major Depressive Disorder. In fact, Lighthouse Mental Wellness is one of the top 10 NeuroStar® providers in the country for adolescent TMS treatment, giving teens and their families access to a team with extensive experience treating younger patients.
Individuals who have not achieved sufficient relief from medication
Individuals who have experienced challenging medication side effects

While TMS is a safe and effective treatment option for many individuals, it is not appropriate for everyone.
NeuroStar TMS Therapy may not be suitable for individuals who have certain implanted metallic devices or stimulators near the head, including some deep brain stimulators, cochlear implants, and vagus nerve stimulators.
TMS is also not currently offered at Lighthouse Mental Wellness for children under age 15.
