Services

We specialize in the treatment of children and adults, ages 7 and up.  We offer medication management that incorporates therapeutic interventions, when appropriate, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We also offer nutritional consults through a Registered Dietician.  We are currently offering services in-person as well as via Telehealth (when appropriate).

Currently, we are accepting self-pay clients, Cigna, Optum (United, Harvard Pilgrim, and Mass General/Brigham Health), and Blue Cross Blue Shield (with the exception of Medicare) plans. 

 

Below are the costs for the self-pay services offered (credit cards and check only, no cash please):

• Initial Evaluation: $375

• Follow-up Appointments: $200

• Nutrition Evaluation: $175

• Nutrition Follow-up: $125

• Late Cancellation/No Show: $125​

We cannot currently provide legal documentation (e.g. disability paperwork).

Please confirm with your insurance provider that services will be covered; anything not covered by insurance will be the client's responsibility.
