COVID-19 UPDATES

To: All Lighthouse Clients:

As the situation with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, we are taking social distancing and the safety of Lighthouse clients and employees very seriously.  To help to minimize risk, we are switching to 100% telehealth (video and audio conferencing) until further notice.  Although we will not be meeting in person, we continue to work tirelessly to support you, particularly during this challenging time.  

Please review the following information about your telehealth appointments:

  • Your scheduled appointment date/time has not been changed.  Rather than coming into the office, you will be able to login from the comfort of your home.  

  • We ask that you find a private location to ensure HIPAA compliance.  

  • At your scheduled appointment time, you can go to the following URL from any device with a camera and a microphone (laptop, phone, iPad, etc).  Copy/paste this link —>

  • Upon entry, you will be prompted to enter your name and will then be placed into a virtual waiting room.   

  • An email will be sent prior to your next scheduled appointment to obtain consent for telehealth.  When you receive this email, please reply stating that you consent.
